Windows 8 users:

Windows 10 users:

Restart your device

Mac users  Check for available storage space
  • Click on the “Apple” icon.
  • Select “About this Mac”
  • Click on “Storage”
  • Check if the available space is greater than 100MB or not. If it’s not then you must free some space before watching Netflix

  • Now try to watch Netflix on incognito mode
Android users Clear Browser Cache
  • Go to your browser and go to Settings
  • Search for the Clear Cache option and click on
  • Click on it and try watching Netflix again
Restart the Android Device
  • Shutdown and restart your device
  • Sign in back into Netflix.
